Booking confirmation
Your booking is considered confirmed after you have transferred a security deposit on our account. Communicating your credit card data - transmission of your credit card number and its expiration date with written approval (Visa or MasterCard) - you give automatically your assent to deduct the indicated cancellation fee in case of cancellation, late arrival or early departure. The security deposit you provide is simultaneously the cancellation fee and – in the event of a cancellation – will be remitted to you only if you have concluded a Trip Cancellation Insurance with us and have presented a Physician's attestation. Occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip. With our trip insurance you are financially covered. We highly recommend you our Trip Cancellation Insurance!

Cancellation fee
The word „cancellation" sounds unpleasant and it is, for you and for us! We hope you’ll understand that if you cancel your booking we’ll have to charge you the following fees according to the Italian Civil Code: You can cancel your reservations up to a month in advance free of charge (however, the security deposit will not be refunded to you).

  • For cancellations received at least 1 month before the arrival date: 40% of the total agreed price.
  • For cancellations received at least 1 week before the arrival date: 70% of the total agreed price.
  • For cancellations received less than 7 days before the arrival date: 100% of the total agreed price.
  • In the event of a delay in your arrival or a premature departure, the total agreed-upon price will be charged to your account.
