Ski carousel Dolomiti Superski
Plan de Corones is part of the ski carousel Dolomiti Superski. With its 450 ropeways and 1200 km of downhill runs with artificial snow, set in 12 different Dolomitic valleys – an all these with one and the same skipass – the consortium Dolomiti Superski is ranked among the world’s best organizations in the field of skiing tourism. Plan de Corones constitutes a unity, together with the ski areas Sellaronda, Alta Badia, Marmolada, Val Gardena and Val di Fassa. And since the successful construction of the ropeway Piculin, the Dolomiti Superski is all the more close to us!

Cross-Country Skiing
A heavenly landscape, steep colorful mountains, snowy trees and may be a shy roe deer or a cheeky squirrel will attend your cross-country skiing tours on glittering trails, far away from all the hectic and crowds of everyday life. Every day you can choose between hundreds of kilometers of well-prepared trails taking you through the Valley of Prags, or on the Toblacher Sattel or in the charming Fischlein Valley in Sexten. The Biathlon World Cup competitions, that take place annually in the Anterselva Valley and in 2007 the World Championship was held there, are the real highlight in January. People from all over the world come to cheer on their athletes.

Tobogganing
Sledging is great winter fun for the whole family. All over the Kronplatz area there are a lot of toboggan tracks. This is one of the preferred activities of the inhabitants. It’s appropriate and funny for the whole family, children can romp about and parents relax while snapping fresh air. Do not miss this hilarious occasion and don’t forget to stop in the rustic lodges!

Ski tours, freeriding and snow-shoe hikes
There is nothing more enchanting than hiking through the snow-covered winter landscape, especially on sunny days, which are very numerous in our area, away from the ski slopes and lifts. Explore a new dimension: Race down to the valley; once you are at the bottom, you can still feel the adrenalin pumping through your veins.

Winter walks and snow fun
Explore a snowy getaway, engage the whole family in a snowball fight or build a snowman. Small tip: hot drinks and delicious food taste really good in the fresh air!

Ice skating
A holiday in Bruneck offers not only peace and relaxation but also plenty of opportunities for getting active. There is hardly a sport that cannot be tried out here, as from skiing, snowboarding, tobogganing and cross country skiing to ice skating and curling, everything is possible!
You can choose between the Bruneck ice rink, where you can also watch to an exciting hockey match, the natural ice rinks in St. Georgen and Speed skating rink in Reischach.

Horse-drawn sleigh rides
Lean back and dash through the snowy fields and forests in a romantic open sleigh: let the horses carry you through snow-capped landscapes in an unhurried trot to the rhythmic sound of bells, with a soft winter breeze on your cheeks. Oh, what fun!
