Prices for children:

• Up to 1 year: € 15,00 per day for the bed
• 1 – 6 years: 50% discount (3rd and 4th bed)
• 6 – 12 years: 30% discount (3rd and 4th bed)
• 12 years and over: 20% discount (3rd and 4th bed)

Terms for discounts and surcharges

• third bed in room - 20 % discount
• single room surcharge + Euro 17,00
• for a double room occupied by one person we charge a 50% supplement on the room list price
• full board + Euro 17,00
• brief stay up to 3 days + Euro 13,00
• bed and breakfast - Euro 10,00
• for stays over 10 days - 20 % discount
• The confirmative deposit is not refundable

Prices are quoted per person and day.

Garage: Our guests can park their car in the hotel own subterranean garage for Euro 9,00 a day.

Business-travellers: Please catch up our special conditions for business-travellers. (our special conditions are not valid during the week-end and during the high season).

Half board: Please respect that we offer half board accommodation only on a stay of 3 nights and more. Our à la carte restaurant is open for you at lunch and dinner. If you choose half board or full board accommodation, all missed meals will be deducted (provided they are cancelled in due time) for a price of € 10.00 a meal.

Arrival/departure: Your bedroom will be available from 3.00 p.m. on your arrival day and until 11.00 a.m. on your departure day.

Short-staying: We beg for your comprehension if we can take reservations for week-end-short-staying only briefly in advance.

Minimum length of stay during the high seasons: 7 nights

Christmas/New Year's Eve: Rates are valid with a minimum stay of 7 nights. Supplement for the gala diner on New Year's Eve € 30,00 per person (obligatory with half and full board accommodation).

Booking confirmation
Your booking will be confirmed definitely only by paying a deposit. In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be returned.We also accept your credit card dates as booking confirmation.
Communicating your credit card dates you give automatically your assent to deduct the indicated cancellation fee in case of cancellation, late arrival or early departure.

Cancellation fee
The word „cancellation" sounds unpleasant – and it is, for you and for us! We hope you’ll understand that if you cancel your booking we’ll have to charge you the following fees according to the Italian Civil Code: No fee will be charged if we receive notice of Your cancellation at least 3 months before the arrival date. For cancellations received at least 1 month before the arrival date: 40% of the total agreed price. For cancellations received at least 1 week before the arrival date: 70% of the total agreed price. For cancellations received less than 7 days before the arrival date: 90% of the total agreed price.
