Booking terms and conditions
Your reservation is only definite with the payment of a deposit (except cancellation fee free rate), which you can easily send by credit card or bank transfer within 72 hours after booking.

Is there a local tax, which will be added to the room price?
The local tax is €3,50 per person per day and is not included in the room rate. Children up to the age of 14 are exempt.
What meals are included in the price?
Our rates include overnight stay with breakfast. We would be happy to help you book a table at our Forno am Graben or at the brewery Forsterbräu Bruneck.
Can I also book half board?
We do not offer half board but we will be happy to help you to book a table in our "a la carte" restaurants Forno am Graben and the brewery Forsterbräu Brunico, opened from 12:00 to 09:30 PM.
The Forsterbräu Brunico is closed on Monday and the Forno am Graben on Tuesday.
Where can I park my car?
We look forward to welcoming you and hope you enjoy the central location of our property, with convenient access to everything you need during your stay.
While you cannot drive directly up to the hotel entrance, you may make a brief stop in the loading/unloading zone right in front of the hotel on Via Bastioni.
Our underground garage is available by reservation for €15.00 per night. The entrance is located on Via Bastioni, sharing the same entry point as the "Parking Centro Città". Once on the ramp, follow the signs for "Corso." To ensure a smooth arrival, we kindly ask that you request an access PIN or provide us with your vehicle's license plate number prior to your arrival.
Two electric vehicle charging stations in the garage also offer a convenient and secure solution for our guests.
Can we charge our e-bikes?
We are part of bikefriendly accomodations Bett+Bike. You are welcome to park your e-bike safely in our garage and charge it there as well.
At what times can I arrive and depart?
On the day of arrival, the rooms are available from 15:00 o'clock. Please contact us in good time if you are unable to arrive within 20:00. In this case, we will send you all the information you need for late-check-in. Please note that the full cost of the room will be collected at check-in. On the day of departure, you are welcome to stay in your room until 10:00 am. We kindly ask you to complete your check-out at reception the evening before your departure.
Can I bring my pet?
Some of our rooms are accessible to small, house-trained four-legged friends. Please contact us directly to check availability. We charge €15.00 per night (no food is provided). We ask for your understanding that animals are not allowed in the breakfast room and wellness area.
"Pets are allowed exclusively in specially designated rooms. They are not permitted in any other rooms. Access and accommodation for guide dogs and assistance dogs remain guaranteed at all times, as provided by law."
Lost & Found
Have you forgotten something on your departure? Please contact us as soon as possible to verify if we have found your lost item, place your order with the courier service Europacco and get your items back in an easy and affordable way. Please note that we can keep your lost items for no longer than 30 days.
Is smoking allowed?
Our hotel is smoke-free, i.e. smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms as well as in all indoor areas accessible to the public. In case of non-compliance, damages may be claimed. You are welcome to smoke in the designated outdoor areas.
What happens in case of cancellation?
If you are unable to start your holiday as planned, please inform us as soon as possible. Please note that cancellation fees may apply in the event of a cancellation. You will find the details of the cancellation conditions you have chosen in your booking confirmation. To avoid unnecessary costs, we strongly recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
Is it quiet here?
Our location is anything but isolated: we are right in the heart of Brunico, in a lively and vibrant area where there is always something new to discover! Just a few steps away, you’ll find events, markets, cultural activities, cinemas, music and, at the weekend, even nightlife.
It’s the perfect location for those who enjoy having everything within easy reach and experiencing the authentic atmosphere of the little town, with plenty of opportunities for fun and entertainment for both adults and young people.
Where does the greenery begin?
Simple — right outside your door. You don’t have to go far to immerse yourself in nature: just open the back door, take a step outside… and let yourself be enchanted by the greenery. From here, beautiful trails lead to Brunico Castle, the War Cemetery and the three little lakes that take you up to the Kaiserwarte. Alternatively, you can enjoy a relaxing walk along the Rienza River, all the way to the enchanting Lamberto Castle. It almost seems impossible that, just a few hundred steps from the centre of Brunico, you can find yourself immersed in a place that feels completely removed from the everyday world, surrounded by nothing but peace and silence.
