We don’t offer a never-ending list of plates but what we do offer are carefully selected highlights of the traditional South Tyrolean, Italian and modern cuisine. In this way, we can ensure that fresh products are used and that every step of the preparation is done with love and perfection.

Intense flavor


Our pizza dough is made of natural ingredients only: flour, water, yeast and olive oil. We also use nothing but selected, high-quality ingredients for the topping. Many products and ingredients like flour are provided by local manufacturers. Be free to choose between doughs made of local white, whole grain or organic kamut flour.


We also only use the original, 24 months aged raw ham “Prosciutto Crudo di Parma” by Cavazutti, a small producer of delicatessen products since 1894.

Our recommendation: We only use natural ingredients and no additional flavors, no colorants, no preservatives for our homemade ice cream.

Regarding suppliers, we rely on history and tradition, too: Levoni has benn well-known for high quality meat and sausage products for more than a century now and the salami types “Ventricina” and “Finocchiona” are real highlights.


The Corso am Graben was one of the first gastronomic establishments in Brunico – Bruneck and can now look back on a centuries-long history and tradition. The front side of the building is under strict monumental protection.

There are three main restaurant areas for approximately 150 people in total: the “Taverna“, a beautiful and cosy room with historic vaults, the „Biedermeier“ room furnished in classic Biedermeier style and the main restaurant area where you can watch our pizzaiolo prepare delicious pizzas. In summer you have additionally the possibility to sit outside on our terrace and enjoy the sun and the view on the pedestrian zone.
